Try Your Hand at Our Next Prototype Event

Those of you who already follow our Facebook and Twitter pages (and you're really missing out if you don't) have probably already heard about our event coming up next week on Wednesday, June 22 from 5:30 to 7:00. But, dear solo-flying-blog friends, you're in luck-- we're offering another amazing opportunity to test what's going to be inside The Leonardo before we even open. Cool, right?

So here's the scoop. This sneak peek will give you a glimpse into some of the cool technologies and innovations that will be in The Leo. This event will give you an opportunity to dig into the skills and knowledge to create, make, use and experience prosthetic technologies.

Come by The Leonardo Garage to interact with a showcase on the innovations of Otto Bock HealthCare, a world leader in prosthetics that has a big presence right here in Salt Lake. Give us your feedback on how we are presenting the stories of amputees, learn about how their needs and input are motivating the development of ground-breaking technologies, and listen in on some video conversations with the engineers whose passion drives the innovation process. You'll also have the chance to try your hand (literally!) at using a prosthetic device to accomplish every-day tasks, walk on a carbon fiber foot, and more.
